Living Earth Ark Food Forestries was established in the spring of 2014 by a group of young students, artists, and activists in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Their ultimate goal is to spread the knowledge and bounty of the Living Earth to the Northwest Arkansas area and beyond. They hope to act as an Ark to preserve Northwest Arkansas and ensure that life carries on into a new generation of prosperity and harmony with their ecosystems. Their first step towards making their dreams a reality is building Fayetteville's first edible art park. They have over 100 acres just at the southeast edge of Fayetteville, AR. They are working to fill the land with gardens, food forests, meditational art trails, green houses, a plant nursery, living sculptures, performance stages and an eco-village to house artists working at the park.
Finca Morpho helps LEAFF by promoting, consulting, and volunteering. Half our roots members come from Northwest Arkansas and when we go home we like to have a food forest, a Eden to visit.
